These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website konstitucijapass.lt ("Website"), operated under individual activity in accordance with Lithuanian and EU law. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

konstitucijapass.lt provides users with online tools to test their knowledge of the Lithuanian Constitution before taking the official examination. The Website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Lithuania or any official institution.

2. Subscriptions and Access

Access to certain features of the Website is available only to users who subscribe to a paid plan. Plans may vary by duration (e.g., 1 hour, 1 day, or 3 days) and may be updated or modified at any time. Payments are processed via Stripe or Paysera electronic banking systems.

3. User Accounts

To access certain parts of the Website or purchase services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account. Unauthorized sharing or resale of access is prohibited.

4. User Obligations and Duties

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Share, resell, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Website without prior written consent
  • Attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or impair the Website or allow unauthorized access

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Payments and Pricing

Payments for subscriptions and additional products are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, Paysera). Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change at any time. Your purchase is complete when payment is successfully authorized by the provider.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 48 hours from the time of purchase by contacting support@konstitucijapass.lt.

Refunds are only considered if the Website or its paid services are unavailable, inaccessible, or non-functional for reasons attributable to konstitucijapass.lt.

Refund eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of konstitucijapass.lt after verifying the validity of the claim. Any refund granted will be partial, limited to the period during which the service was unavailable.

Refunds will not be granted for user error, failure to use the service, or issues unrelated to Website downtime or technical failure.

Technical issues caused by the user's device, internet provider, or third-party services are not considered service unavailability.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Digital content purchases and downloadable materials (such as optional paid documents) are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Additional Paid Documents

Optional digital documents (e.g., vocabulary files) may be offered as add-ons to subscriptions. These are delivered electronically and deemed consumed upon download; accordingly, they are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, design, and structure of konstitucijapass.lt are the intellectual property of the Website owner unless otherwise indicated. You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, or distributing any material without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided for educational purposes only and on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. konstitucijapass.lt does not guarantee that the information provided is fully accurate or sufficient to pass any official examination. Your use of the content is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, konstitucijapass.lt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent it cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Modification of Terms

konstitucijapass.lt reserves the right to amend these Terms, subscription plans, or service offerings at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. A registered User may also be informed by email specified in their account about any change in the Terms or Services. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
